The Day's Adventures

Eric was off, the weather was perfect, and today we decided to go down to St. Augustine! Bryce was happily chilling out in his stroller, and we walked around downtown for a little while. We had lunch with Dr. Johnson's (Eric's religion professor, and the teacher I went on the trip to Rome with.) He of course, enjoyed meeting Bryce, and we had a yummy as well as nostalgic lunch at Schmagel's Bagels. (Do you know they have paninis there now? Even Schmagel's is getting fancy these days!!) After lunch we saw Tater, oh excuse me I mean Miss Jennifer Tatem, Director of Housing (or something official like that) as well as the girl with the beeeeutiful new ENGAGEMENT RING on her finger!!!! Bryce even let Tater hold him, and walk around together a little bit! Then he sat in the office and ate a donut (just a little donut hole actually.) This evening we went to a kids consignment sale, got some super cute summertime shirts, a hat (that i am sure bryce will never wear, but at least he HAS a hat) and two pairs of shoes, one of which he is modeling in the pictures below! We ended up being out for basically the whole day, but Bryce did really well and had a great day!!! He saved his total and complete meltdown for bedtime. . .speaking of which, I better go check on him and see if he is finally ASLEEP! Goodnight!!!
