I'm sorry I have been so neglectful of this poor blog lately!!! I will try harder! I promise!
This may not seem like a momentous event . . .Jillian and Bryce playing on the swings. But if you have ever been to the playground with us before, you will understand that Bryce does not go NEAR the swings. It's not that he acts afraid of them, he just has absolutely NO desire EVER to swing . . .so to see him swinging on his tummy with his friends is QUITE a milestone!!! There have even been days that he feels sad and lonesome, because all his playgroup friends are swinging . . . and he wants to be with them . . ..but he doesn't want to be on the swings. So THIS was quite a sight!!!
We went to the playground on Ava's first birthday! The kids were all so excited to help her celebrate! (Clearly probably MORE excited than Ava, because generally on your 1st birthday you have
NO idea why everyone is fussing over you!!!!! Ava definitely had a fun time too though! :)

Up Up and Away...
Once Bryce gets a taste of the swing, he'll LOVE IT. Remember when he was in the baby swing at Rutenberg Park?

yes . . .that was the only time EVER that he has been in a swing for more than 10 seconds!
Maybe he could come over and EP could teach him how to swing on the one in her room. Hee, Hee. I don't know what my kids would do without swings! Guess Bryce just has bigger and better things to do, or maybe they make him dizzy like they do for me?!?
Those pictures are darling and I love when they swing in them backwards, that was always my favorite way.
