All the sudden Bryce's imagination has gone into overdrive! It's amazing to see even THAT aspect of him GROWING. He has always had fun pretending with cars and trucks and blocks. . .but now he is able to pretend that PEOPLE are other people, including himself. For a little while he has pretended that i am a baby and he is a grownup, from time to time. But right now he is driving his car around the living room pretending to be the "pizza dude", delivering me all sorts of pizzas, and then crashing the car, saying "Have to beep the mechanic. Can you fix this? We have to tow it!" and he uses this deep voice like he hears me do, when i am pretending to be a fireman or something. When I asked him how much the car repairs would cost, he told me "56 degrees" . . ..interesting!!
Now I have been told its time to go to the mailbox, . . .no - not the mailbox, the pumpkin field. So . ..we are off. To Somewhere. If I'm not back in an hour, call the police and send them to look for us at the pumpkin field. And tell them to ask for the pizza dude. ;)

sounds like fun to me, i can't wait to go to some fun places with Bryce when i see him! i wanna go to the moon!
I've been to the moon before. Its made of cheese! And they dance and eat there. (that is according to a recording my folks made of me when I was little little)
You know years form now you need to be able to listen to things like that - he needs to be able to listen to things like that. Go buy a digital recorder!!
ps - pretend to go caving with me!!
Well I have a big box ready with some smaller boxes to make a fort with Bryce next week. It will be fun to see where this takes his imagination!!!!
