Bryce's garage - now open!!! Gas is only 79 cents,and they give out free cokes!! Business is BOOMING!

We had brunch at The River Club today (the same place we had our rehearsal dinner). Bryce was AMAZED at the sight of downtown Jacksonville from 34 stories up! He stood at the window for SO long, just pointing and saying "Dat!" "Dat!" (which basically means, what's that? look at that! did you see that?)

The Newest UF Alumni

GO GATORS!!! Steve graduated from UF today! What a big weekend we have had!!! Ohhh, and umm, about those zoo pictures I promised. . .well, I sort of forgot the camera. (It wasn't all it was cracked up to be anyways - the play park is FAR from being finished.) But hooray, graduation pictures instead!!!!

Steve graduated from the University of Florida today. We all got up super early, and drove down to Gainesville for the ceremony.

See Steve on the screen, he's the one on the right side of the screen. There were SOO many graduates. . if you compare this to a Flagler College graduation - everyone would be at lunch before Steve ever hit the stage walkin'.

This is how Bryce spent much of the graduation ceremony . . .on the floor in the back row - coloring, sticking stickers all over the place, eating and eating and eating, and clapping his hands!! I NEVER thought he would make it through most of the ceremony - I thought we would be playing outside before it even started, but miraculously Bryce and I got to see Steve walk across the stage! (THEN we went outside!!)

Zoo Bound!

A few new pics this morning to tide you over, but this morning we are heading to the zoo, so look for lots of new pictures later - probably tonight. The Jax Zoo has a members-only (thats us!!) grand opening for their new Play Park!! It has a splash park, a place to feed and pet some animals, a playground, and all SORTS of terrific stuff for tots! We have been looking forward to this for a long time! Bryce is going to LOVE it!
In other Bryce news, Bryce has added kitty cat to his reptoire of animal noises. I think the current list is: cat, dog, tiger, lion, pig, horse, truck (okay, not an animal, but he makes a noise for it!) shark, and gator. The gator sound is actually just a big CLAP . . .as in "Go GATORS!" I am serious! That's what he does, when you say "What does a gator say?" He also did it the other day in Target when he saw a University of Florida shirt. Have we got this kid trained or what? Our goal is to have this trick perfected by tomorrow, when we go to Gainesville for Steve's graduation (Eric's brother)

Our latest artwork creation. Guess who did most of the work? Bryce has added LOVELY sticker details and scribbles - I mean doodles. Then he had a fabulous time driving his cars all over my swirly lines! I'm glad I don't have to drive on THAT road!
