Disney day 2

Magic Kingdom -
Highlights: brunch with Pooh and friends. Tanner was thrilled to see Tigger. They played chase around the columns in the restaurant - priceless! Best Tigger everrrr! :) The park was pretty empty this morning- we hit all our favorite rides in the first hour! It rocked! Bryce loved the Haunted Mansion (which totally surprised me!) and the people mover, and Tanner loved It's a Small World and the race cars (I conquered my fear of them, and drove him around the track)

Disney day 1

Im going to try and keep you up to date on our disney adventures! These are just a few pics from erics phone, more coming next week!
First day at Disney (yesterday) Animal Kingdom
Favorite things: playing and digging at the dinosaur boneyard, lunch in an old camper (which was attached to the restaurant) pictures with Goofy Santa and Pluto, and the safari ride. Dinner at Giordano's and balloon art (Bryces is a T-Rex and tanners is a motorcycle - or as tanner says, "man go!!!")

playtime outside

The weather has been SO nice lately.  We've been playing outside every afternoon when we get home from school. Our sweet neighbors have been coming out with us too. . .it's been quite the block party every day!
Bryce couldn't resist sitting in the grass to read his book a few days ago.  He was so cute! :)

Tanner loves his scooter, but he likes to help himself to Bryce's scooter now and then too.  (Being that he thinks he is almost seven years old, like big brother.)
Tanner and his pal Reisa (Ree-sa.) Reisa lives two doors down, and she is about seven months younger than Tanner.  (And she also has 6 week old twin baby sisters! YIKES!)  Our boys LOVE Reisa and her new babies!

Tanner's favorite things to do outside:
drag the garbage cans up and down the driveway, collect acorns, kick balls into the road
Bryce's favorite things to do outside:
play baseball, collect acorns, work on his "squirrel hotel" in our garden, ride his scooter

Halloween night!

Even though Gigi and Doobie are out of town, we went to their neighborhood for trick-or-treating this year.  It's sort of become tradition!  (Especially since it's where Eric used to trick-or-treat when HE was a kid!)  Tanner (you know, the toddler who thinks he's six) was NOT going to be superman in a stroller this year - which made for a slightly frustrating and more difficult experience walking around the neighborhood, but the kids had fun, and thankfully the weather was beautiful!

These pictures are sort of backwards, but on our way, we stopped to trick-or-treat at Nana and Gil's.  There go our superheroes!
This picture TOTALLY cracks me up.  It reminds me of the commercial with the kid dressed as Darth Vader, and he keeps trying to "use the force".  I don't think that's even at all what Bryce was trying to do, but I think it's hilarious! :)
Between Spooktacular, a fall festival, and Halloween, the kids came home with LOTS of CANDY. Probably enough to last until NEXT Halloween!
