We made it!

My parents got their power back, and we made it to Fort Myers yesterday. We will be here until Tuesday, so check Wednesday for lots of new pictures of Bryce, Halloween, and Mimi's birthday!!! Bryce is having a great time exploring this big dangerous house full of tile floors, electrical outlets, open doors to the patio, and lots of fragile knick-knacks and Mommy's old art projects!!!!! It has been quite an adventure!!!

Bryce met his first dose of cold and rainy weather this morning, thanks to the cold front and good old Wilma. Granted, he endured a few cold days soon after he was born, but we didn't venture out too much in those first few weeks. This morning though we treked out to Target and when Bryce's face hit those cold misty raindrops as I carried him inside, he sucked his breath in a bit, got a big HUGE grin on his face, and his eyes fluttered shut in that adorable way that they do whenever something blows at his face. When we went back outside he just stared at the raindrops hitting the parking lot, totally amazed. He loves to watch the rain, and apparently so far he LOVES the chilly weather!!! I had to buy him some more socks at Target, because the three pairs we have won't last long for all these cool days! I talked to my mom this morning, and they are all hanging in there in Fort Myers. The fences are all down and some water was coming in the windows, but from what she could see from inside the house, so far so good!

This morning before church we were actually ready EARLY and had some time to take some goofy pictures!!!! Enjoy them! Bryce was super cute in his new courdoroy pants . . .the weather is finally starting to cool off enough to wear them! We are excited about taking walks in the cool weather this week, and walking to to coffee shop down the street! Hurricane Wilma is making it cloudy and rainy right now, but its nothing compared to what she will do to Fort Myers tonight!!! My mom is ready to hunker down in the hallway, and everyone down there (in my family anyway!) is ready to ride out the storm!!! We are supposed to go down there this coming weekend, so keep your fingers crossed that they aren't under water, and have electricity!!!!

In a Nutshell

I am starting to love this whole class reunion coming up, because suddenly we are all finding friends we haven't talked to in AGES, and we have a chance to catch up. And of course it means a whole new batch of Bryce-a-Roni visitors! SOOOO for those of you whom I have lost track of the past few (or more) years. . .let me give you a brief overview. In a nutshell, here are some moments from the past - not ten years, but at least the last couple!!! I will post some more pics later as well - and yes, for all you fans of the Bryce man, more baby pics are on their way as well!!!

I have posted a ton of pictures, but Bryce is screaming his head off so I have to run, but look for more in a day or so!!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU Paul for coming over to fix up the crazy computer!!!!

Today I was looking at my pumpkins through the window. They are funny looking and orange. There are three of them - a mommy, a daddy, and a baby pumpkin. 

Mommy took me outside to check out the pumpkins up close! I like them better at my front door, than at the pumpkin patch. 

Nancy is a crazy wonderful aunt to have! She made me the BEST present. Mommy is going to put a picture up of it soon, but I am screaming right now, so she has to hurry! 

When Aunt Antsy Nancy came to visit, she got in my garden and wouldn't get out! She kept putting veggies in my mailbox. . .since when do veggies go in the mail!???
